Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items showing signs of use or damage
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a free replacement.

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Clear images or videos showing the defect must be provided

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.
